Tensile Testers
Medical Packaging Peel Testers
The seal strength of sterile packs is investigated using either burst testing or a 'seal peel' test. The requirements are described in ASTM F88/F88M Standard Test Method for Seal Strength of Flexible Barrier Materials and ISO 11607 Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices - Part 1: Requirements for materials, sterile barrier systems and packaging systems.
MET sell leading expert Mark-10's peel testing equipment, all CE marked, and offering a very wide choice of:
- Manual and motorised stands
- Force gauges
- Force Gauges Compression and Tension
- Grips and fixtures adapted to medical devices and packaging
