Paper Self-seal & Heat-seal Pouches
Quality manufactured for a clean fibre-free opening, these pouches are FDA and ADA approved for use with Steam, EO, Dry Heat and Chemical vapour processes. Colour-changing sterilisation chemical indicators are printed paper side (under the plastic film) for exposure to the same sterilisation conditions as the item(s) within.
Constructed with 45 lb. white medical grade paper and 0.25mm see-through and heat-resistant poly-film, these pouches feature a "triple-seal rail" seal area to prevent blowouts. The indicator arrow turns Brown in Steam or Chemical vapour sterilisation, and Pink indicator turns Yellow in all EO processes.
Heat-seal pouches can be either sealed with a bar sealer or manually sealed with autoclave tape. For self-seal pouches, simply remove the adhesive strip after placing item(s) inside and fold the tab over for a complete seal.

Roll Stock Paper Tubing
Like our pouches, this tubing is constructed with 45 lb. white medical grade paper and 0.25mm see-through and heat-resistant poly-film. It features a "triple-seal rail" seal area to prevent blowouts. For use with steam, chemical vapour or EO sterilisation processes, with chemical indicator changing colour post-sterilisation. Easy to use: cut to required length, then place item(s) inside the tubing and seal with heat sealer or tape.
- Available in rolls 100 ft (30 m) long and in 7 widths.
- 5-year shelf life.

Tyvek® Self-seal & Heat Seal Pouches & Tubing
Manufactured with DuPont's spunbonded olefin and clear Myla®, these Tyvek® pouches provide a superior sterile packaging protection, with a 5-year shelf-life testing, barrier and sterilisation performance. They are up to 8 times stronger than paper of equal or greater weight. In addition, Tyvek® generates virtually no airborne particulates upon package opening and is highly resistant to penetration by most liquids.
For use in low temperature sterilisation processes: radiation, EO, gas plasma and Sterrad®. Pouches feature a self-sealing adhesive strip. The tubing is designed to be cut to any length prior to being mechanically sealed or tape sealed.

Nylon Self-seal Pouches & Roll Stock Tubing
Nylon packaging is for use with high temperature steam or dry heat for loose instruments or cassettes. The material is clear and has a melt point of 215°C. Printed with a continuous indicator line that changes colour from Red to Brown to visually show that processing has occurred. Manufactured with a heat-stabilised nylon film that has physical properties to resist flexing, cracking, abrasion and puncture. It can be used in Dry Heat processes at 160°C for 1-2 hours or up to 190°C for 8-12 minutes.

Sterilisation Tapes
Used to secure packs before, during and after sterilisation, each roll is printed with a chemical indicator ink that changes colour to show processing has occurred. Tapes are available for use with steam, EO, dry heat and chemical vapour.
