The RAMAC combined action packaging system forms and seals your blisters on the same machine. It is now available in three maximum tray size formats: 325mm x 225mm, 525mm x 325mm and 725mm x 425mm.

A flat sheet of blister material is placed onto the forming station. On pressing the button the tray is formed and the operator can then populate it with the product and a lid. On the second actuation the lid is sealed in place. This delivers excellent sterile barriers whilst requiring a single operator, minimal clean room space and minimum stocking of sub components.

Options are available for the equipment, such as gas flushing. For customers in the development phase, an extremely cost effective blister design and prototyping service can be provided.
