Package Testing In-Line


The system works with foil lidded blisters or foil pouches.  Packs are sealed in an atmosphere enriched with carbon dioxide. This requires a low pressure bleed of gas into the guarding surrounding the sealing area. Products leaving the packaging machine are then dropped into a chamber in which the CO2 concentration is monitored. Leakage from the packs will be identified.
